Since SIG uses a combat hold zero for the iron sights, you can't get a full co-witness with the 407K/507K/EPS Carry on the 365 with the stock iron sights. You can barely see the top of the irons with the 407k/507k and manage a center hold zero. The EPS Carry is a lower deck height but you still can ... That is my biggest gripe on my 507K today is the brightness that works indoors and the brightness that work outdoors for me are not close to the same, and I don't like having to manually adjust between the two.
