First time I ever saw the PRNDL display flash when in "D". It happens after driving for 5 to 10minutes. A little research and it says, automatic transmission clutch pressure switch. Or transmission oil pressure switch. Don't know. Could be 2nd or 3rd. I hooked up my code reader and no codes.
