I have a 2017 L5P 2500 that won't start (I know) because the lift pump isnt turning on. I"m not sure what relay 1 or 2 is for the lift pump but all fuses seem to be fine and I have bench tested relay 1 and it seems to be fine. I'm gonna add also that the fuel gauge isn't working either. Jan 2, 2018 · My son's L5P is having fuel delivery issues and the (lift) pump by the fuel tank is whining like crazy when the temp is 15 degrees or colder . Yesterday the truck had to get towed. The fuel is treated from the terminal and we use Cenpeco super diesel klenz at the rate of 1qt per 20 gallons fuel. I was upstate NY and my LML started and ran fine ...
