I have a 2012 Cascadia with a DD15 Engine, about 460k miles. Both Check Engine and Maintenance Lights are on. I am getting 2 Active Faults. EEC 061 SPN004364 01, and EEC 061 SPN004364 18. I know this has something to do with the NOx Conversion System.
