I made this EXACT transaction about six months ago. After six months, the return on FZROX is about 0.8% (4.8% vs 4%) higher than FXAIX. Their general movement basically mirrors each other, but in the CURRENT market of high volatility, the Total Market fund seems to fare slightly better.
