If the starter turns, you may have a ignition switch, neutral start switch, or some other wiring problem. This is a 1999 Honda Accord. The car has new battery & cables and everything lights up on dash when turning key in ignition, but it will not turn over when we've had rain or snow. Overheating and now won't start. Wife's car is a 2003 Accord 2.4l. Temp gauge started going up to about 3/4. I checked for leaks and found none. I changed the thermostat but that didn't fix the issue. I changed water pump but that didn't fix the issue.
