DEF Dosing module. I have a 2013 RAM 3500 with the Cummins. After a about 15 minutes of driving the DEF gauge will go to zero and I get the countdown until derate. If I keep driving the gauge will move to full and the countdown goes away. I have checked and dielectric greased the connector at the DEF pump on the bottom of the tank.The tech also has to drain the DEF a lot, and then add, so that the DEF system apparently knows it’s been ”serviced” because it knows the fluid level. So if you try to reset it without the fluid level changing, apparently it won’t accept it. If I had to do it all over again, I’d likely just do the delete.
