Not the worst job. The benefits are good if you manage to become a full time employee, which is really hard to get at Publix. Really a great job for minors or for those looking for a first job. It's not rocket science. Management can be awful, or good, just depends on who gets sent to your store at the time.Costco Wholesale had 592 more reviews than Publix that mentioned "Good pay" as a Pro.
