There's definitely alch bubbles that boost skilling exp, you probably have some skill exp statues and I'd check your cards/card set as well. You can't de-level alch bubbles or statues so you'll probably just have to keep leveling dimwit/combine with other prayers to completely stop exp on your skillers.
