Pretty much as in the title - I really want to work towards a build with Elenora's Poleblade, and so have started putting some levels into Arcane. From the information online, I'm told that points into Arcane will increase the bleed rate number on bleed weapons that have arcane scaling, so was expecting the little number in 'causes blood loss ...For what it's worth it's honestly not even that good in 1v1 situations and it's not used that often, I wouldn't say it's toxic at all or has any real reputation compared weapons like the rivers of blood so go for itDefine "better".
