I'm not sure if emailed PDFs sync to the PC. MOBIs (DOCs) definitely don't sync to the PC, they syncing is only for "mobile" devices (ereaders, tablets, phones). The workaround for a MOBI/DOC is an android emulator with the mobile version installed. Again, not sure about the PDFs. That’s a pain lol.
