This includes Cape Coral, North Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Immokalee, Marco Island, Carnestown, and Naples. If customers are experiencing an outage on the mainland please report the outage by calling 239-656-2300.The LCEC Generation Plant began construction in April 2011 and was completed ahead of schedule this year.
