No mail counts until a new contract & likely not on current evaluation system. There should be a “mini-count“ directly before implementing RRECS & that’s the only types of counts in the near future. IF RRECS isn’t implemented by next September then Special Count will still be an option. Not open for further replies.But if they are adding the extra day, that means we will get a huge bonus for the mail on Sept 5, since itll include the missorts, flats, etc from the Sept 4th Holiday. I’m not buying that the post office is going to generously give us that big bump for the day.
