You'll want to get the wire diagram from the FSU and test the connector to see if it's getting power/ground when pushing the brake pedal. If yes, the actuator is bad, if no then trace the wiring schematic to identify where the problem lies.Come to a complete stop (obviously) and keep pressure on the regular driving brake pedal.
