You get the crystal from the mine after talking to Storyteller in his tower after getting the quest, then going back to him before going back to shamira and telling her to go stuff herself. And succeeding the three saving throws. Yep I passed the 3 saving throws. But for some reason the crystal isnt in the inventory. #2.It's just a lot of busy work. You get the idea behind the puzzle right away, there is no mystery there, there is just a whole lot of running back and forward. A good puzzle should make you feel clever for figuring it out. This makes you feel like you just did a bunch or house chores.
