In RDR2 it doesn't hurt my fps or give me input lag, like it does in most games. If it's crashing randomly while playing, try turning off FXAA. By starting the game the Launcher recognizes that there is cloud data but it wont load it correctly and gives me the option of progressing without and the risk that it will be overwritten.
