If your Roku TV is stuck on the language screen, and the remote will only control on/off but can't scroll, try resetting the remote: Remove the cover on the back of the remote and long-press the reset button that you will find near the top. This fixed it for me.1. Roku Express 4K+. Was working fine for 2 months. 2. Yesterday, it wouldn't turn on. I unplugged and replugged it in. Bouncing logo. 3. Now, it's stuck. Have done factory reset procedure, all the things. Nothing. 4. Tried to request warranty replacement.

If it is one of the little streaming boxes, there should be a pin hole reset into which you can push a paperclip for a 10 second count while the device is powered on. We recommend unplugging/powering down your wireless router and then booting your Roku device up to see if you get past the bouncing Roku logo. If so, try then plugging back up your wireless network.Day 3 when we tried to turn it on, it was stuck on the bouncing Roku logo. I've unplugged it, held down the reset button, even unplugged it completely and hooked it up to another TV. As soon as the TV is turned on, it goes straight to the bouncing logo and won't do anything else.If you are thinking about buying another ROKU product, don't. While setting up, the Express will download software and update, restart, and then freeze over and over again at the bouncing ROKU start up logo--pushing the reset button on the back does not help because it just resets back to the ROKU bouncing logo and does not restart.

First and foremost, make sure you're using the supplied power adapter and not the TV's USB port. It appears the cheapest Express model may no longer come with a power adapter, so if you didn't get one make sure the power adapter you're using can supply at least 1 Amp.
