29 April 2024. For the first several months I have been receiving astounding speeds such as 300-400 Mbps down and 50 Mbps up. Tonight speeds have crashed. 10 Mbps down and less than 1 Mbps up. The network receiver hasn’t moved an inch.Compounding this is the fact that TMobile seems committed to off-shoring their technical support and the quality of this service is so bad it could be a post in itself. Over the last couple of months I’ve probably called once a week, which typically eats up an hour of my day and has rarely resolved anything. I typically get 30-70Mbps download, but my upload speeds are always < 1Mbps. It is causing disconnects for business video conferencing and other issues. As part of my job I also move large media files around. These UL speeds are unusable. Slow upload speed (1.1 mbps), but 50+ mbps download.
