I would probably use it on an outside wall. Less likely to immediately spread to the roof or upper levels. If the armory is in the middle of the building, I guess you can't do that. Very risky in that case. I chose Ravencreek as a location. I know all the vanilla regions quite well by now and it's clearly a modded area. But it doesn't even look remotely like the Ravencreek I've seen on the map.
